Spencer Stoner is an Emmy-nominated filmmaker and writer/producer with a focus on crafting sharp, beautiful, unscripted stories.
Sometimes these stories are for television. Sometimes they’re not.
Spencer has produced work for clients ranging from CNN, National Geographic Channel International, Jerry Bruckheimer TV, Discovery, SKY, Netflix and PBS, as well as a cohort of international and domestic non-profits and commercial clients. He speaks fluent Spanish and Portuguese, and his work has carried him to filming locations in Europe, North Africa, the Middle East, and Central and South America.
Spencer believes that real stories – combined with distinctive imagery – have the potential to connect, surprise, and inspire wonder in a way that goes far beyond the standard tropes of genre.
His professional compass is guided by a keen sense of curation, an adventurous spirit and a deep-seated enthusiasm for the complexity of the world we inhabit.
